Cozy Crest Pointe Cottage Home Tour

Good morning friends! It's time for a First Friday Home Tour and today I'm featuring my old blog friend, Nancy. You've seen her previous home before. Part 1 here, Part 2 here, and Part 3 here. Nancy used to blog and was well loved. However, life got a little too busy and she stepped aside for a time.

Nancy and I clicked long ago over our love of home and because we are boy moms. She and I have both moved a couple of times in the past 5 to 7 years and this is a brand new home for her too. Nancy is a very kind person with a heart of gold. She's a strong Christian wife and mom and she also works in her family business.

I'm mostly featuring her kitchen today with peeks of a few other rooms. My hope is that you'll flood this post with comments so much that she just can't help herself and she'll come back to blogging!  You can keep an eye out for Crest Point Cottage blog here

I just swoon over the many beautiful vignettes and collections in Nancy's spacious new kitchen. You can see that the house itself is mostly neutral which allows her collections and pops of color to stand out.

In this kitchen, I spy collections of vintage oil lamps, tiny little chairs in the cutest colors, cake stands, aprons, and dishes galore! Wouldn't you love to go shopping with Nancy to get some of the wonderful goodies she's discovering?

Do you see this glass front dish closet below? That was originally to be a closet or pantry but Nancy preferred space for dishes. Then she decided to put the cute scalloped front shelves inside the closet to draw your eye in even more. I love this feature!

Nancy's previous homes had lots of red and I'm happy to see that she still includes bits of that color here and there. Hmm...wonder what's behind that gorgeous barn door...

This is seriously the best island ever!

Now let's look just a bit around the rest of this sweet home.

Across from the kitchen, in what would have been the dining room, is a space that Nancy and her husband had customized to be a book nook or library. It's a cozy space lined with books, family photos, and lots of favorite things. Can you just imagine how wonderful it would be to have your morning coffee in this space?

The office is appointed with beautiful furnishings but the best thing in this photo is sweet little Nash. Nash is featured often on Nancy's Instagram @cottageoncrestpointe.

In the living room, there's a large comfortable sectional along with Nancy's cottage touches. Notice the unique way she has the birdcages hanging on the wall. Love that!

Stepping outside you can see that Nancy is a southern gardener extraordinaire!

Y'all there's so much for you to see of Nancy's cottage home including a screen porch, beautiful bedrooms, and more! Be sure to visit her on Instagram, Pinterest, and if we are lucky she'll post on Cottage on Crest Pointe. Or maybe I'll have her back here again! :)

Thank you Nancy for allowing me to share your beautiful home.

Please consider pinning. Thank you.
