A Miniature Garden and Amazing Amaryllis

I just love all the fairy gardens that are out there now.
There's no fairy residing in mine but it's ready for one if she lands here. :)

Fairy garden at Poofing the Pillows

My local garden center has miniature plants and accessories that are just too fun to pass up!
This pot contains miniature coleus, thyme, kalonchoes, and wire plant or angel vine.
Seriously, aren't the chairs and birdbath the cutest?

And just a little peek at my flower beds right now...the amaryllis are blooming!

Luckily for us they aren't just bulbs to be forced at Christmas. They grow happily in our yard.
Lisa at Texas Decor has beautiful amaryllis in her yard too.

What's growing in your yard right now?

Yours is so romantic, darling Stacey, thank you for sharing this so pretty creation of yours and your wonderful Amaryllis, as well, in our climate they find some difficulties for growing in good health, alas ! !

Enjoy the remainder of your week, my lovely friend,
sending love and dear hugs to you

  9. The chairs and birdbath are sooo adorable, and that twiggy little arch too. I have been thinking of putting a fairy garden toghther too, there are so many cute accessories out there. Still not much growing in my garden, I can see the green tips of the hosta peeking out, wondering if the coast is clear yet, and a few other perennials but warm temps are forecast and I'm hoping to see a lot of garden action in the next couple weeks ;)

  15. Stacey, I'm sure you will have a fairy move into your little garden soon. A fairy would have a hard time resisting such a fun place. Your garden flowers are gorgeous, Mrs. Green Thumb.

  18. Your fairy garden is sweet and all decked out in your signature red! I still haven't made one even though I'm dying to. I keep telling myself that I'm going to wait until the grand baby is a bit older so we can do it together.

  26. The chairs are so adorable. I have wanted to make a faery garden, but it seems everything gets in the way with other things. One day I am going to do it, if I can find the little things for it around here.

I'm looking for the perfect container then I can get my plants! Your amaryllis are gorgeous...mine are on the way out but they've been just beautiful. I have a climbing rose bush smothered in blooms right now. I can see it out my breakfast room window. So pretty! Hope you have a good day!
