My favorite clematis.
I've been waiting patiently for this one. :)
She welcomes friends to the front porch.

  7. Oh gorgeous, Stacey!!! And as for the lunches, I haven't minded fixing the lunches except that my child has gotten pickier and pickier as she has gotten older! So that's really what I've minded.....but you know, I probably will end up missing it! :D

  10. I have one clematis that I bought earlier this spring. And it's starting to bloom as well! I was so happy to see that, as I've yearned for this wonderful plant for years.

  18. OK I admit it, I'm jealous:) those blooms are strikingly beautiful. Love that color and you sure took a fab photo.. Mine died or the guy who came the mow while i was sick killed it, not sure which.. I do want another and can only hope it grows to be a beauty like yours..

  31. This is gorgeous! I have tried growing these beauties several times with no success! I don't know if it's our climate, my benign neglect or what? Do you have any tips or suggestions? The only thing I know is they like to have their roots in shade. Right?
