Good Morning! Yesterday my Dad and I went on the Heritage Hills Home Tour in Oklahoma City. We sure enjoyed seeing all of these historic homes and walking in the beautiful neighborhood. I took some pictures for you to see. Hope you enjoy walking with us. :)

  1. Wow! Those are some beautiful homes! I love old homes. We toured a bunch of big old homes in New England one year - it was so much fun!

  2. Oh, my goodness, Stacey ... what a beautiful neighborhood. My favorite is the house in the 2nd picture -- I love its ivy-covered walls, of course, and the arch over that gorgeous door. And I just enlarged your photo, and absolutely LUV those little arched windows beside the door. I would dearly love to see it all "in person."

  12. Hi Stacey,
Thanks for stopping by and seeing my office re-do. As for the mirrors, I don't think it was cheaper to do the 4 rather than one big one. I guess if I could have found a bargin at Homegoods it might have been. I just liked a bit of a different look. I love the chandelier in your laundry room. You have me thinking about a change. Awhile back I posted my laundry re-do which I am quite happy with, I think a chandelier would add the finishing touches. Blessings...Sherry

  29. Those homes are simply amazing! Thanks so much for sharing them with us here in blogland, what a delightful tour. BTW, I too love Nell Hill, and collect all of the books Mary Carol puts out, I did hear from my BFF that, O Christmas Tree, does not measure up to her other books and she wishes she had not paid full price to get one...I have the book, Cottage Style, by Country Living and it is a good one!

Take care and thanks again for the wonderful house tour!

  31. Stacey ~ how gorgeous are these homes? 2die4!! I LOVE to go on those tours! We have one at Christmas and I am already wondering which houses will be in it this year!! Can't wait!

Thanks for your diet support! I am going to need it! Day 1 went well, day 2 is off to a good start!
I have the butt thing too, but now, in ADDITION to that, I have these roll thingies around my middle that I did NOT used to have!! Getting old? Not so good!

    Have a great day!!

  33. Gorgeous! I love the older homes. No new one can compare to them. Most homes built today will never stand the test of time like the older ones. Thanks for sharing with us.
