Hot Tamale!

It's going to be a very hot today - possibly around 100 degrees.
I've been out early weeding and watering.
I love to be in my yard!

  14. Had to drop back by after your visit. Yes, I had lots of inspiration from the 4th of July parade. I felt sorry for that little kid in the pineapple suit. At first I thougt "too hot for that" then I worried "she's gonna drown the poor kid"! What cracks me up is the eyes are looking up as if they were really looking at her pour that water!

I would love to have a fish pond but if you've seen the photo of my lab fetching plastic fish from the pool you'll understand why I'm afraid to!

  19. I know how you feel, I love being out in my yard too! I love your pond! My husband had to take ours apart because a chipmunk made a whole in the liner! He's reshaping it - I'm going to have him look at this pic because that's the kind of waterfall he wants to make! Just gorgeous!

It has been over a 100 here the last few days. I am staying the week with 3 grands and they spend most of the day in the swimming pool...using lots of sunscreen!!

  23. Thanks for checking in on me. I'm afraid I've been spending too much time on Twitter and Facebook and neglecting blogging altogether. I'll get back in the swing of things and get back to Bloggeritaville soon!
