Do you see all of this?
To install new code in your Blogger blog, you'll need to change your template. Start out at the Blogger Dashboard. You may need to log in first, but once you're at your dashboard, click the Change Settings icon next to your blog's name. Next click the Template tab and you'll be editing your template. Click the Edit HTML link and then check the Expand Widget Templates box. The large text box contains your entire template. It's a good idea to backup your template before you continue -- not using their export function. Simply copy all of the text to the clipboard and save it into a
This is just part of the instructions that must be followed on Mr. Linky. I'm immediately lost and do not want to risk goofing up my blog. SO I will be manually linking everybody's post. Just go ahead and post Thursday night or Friday morning and send me a comment.
I will link you up!! Sorry I wish I had the computer skills to understand all of that gibberish!!

The time is coming near to Flaunt Your Reds!
Mr. Linky will be here tomorrow night for you to sign up.
Now let me just tell you, I'm very nervous about Mr. Linky.
Do me a favor and leave a comment if you are planning to join.
That way I will be able to link you manually if necessary.
I am really excited to host this event while Nancy is at the beach.
Let's make her proud!!
There will be a drawing from the list of participants for a prize!
I would love to entice you with it right now but I'm not sure yet what it will be.
Just being truthful!
See you tomorrow....I can't wait!

  1. Stacey, I know you will do an excellent job with Flaunt! I love that little chalk board thingy!!! That is too cute and the polka dot cup...OH HONEY! You've already Flaunted..LOL ;)

I have to tell you, you cracked me up when I read the comment you left me...I WILL NOT be Flaunting my Swimsuit at the beach...maybe a moo moo...LOL :) I'm not kidding! You'll see...LOL :) Nancy

  2. Okay, I'm ready. I think. I've sure got lots of red to pick from! Thank goodness it isn't pink. I wouldn't have much.

  3. I'll be there Stacey....then on Friday I'm going to Canton Texas for the big market days!! Wish me luck ...lots of new material for blogging! Miss Bloomers/Sonia

  4. I'm sure you'll do a great job! I will be showing some of my reds too. I love red!

  5. Stacey,
Count me in!!! I am already taking photos!!!

I love your pic!!! I have that little chalkboard too...its in my kitchen. I use it as a magnet board as well!!! I love to switch out the ribbon and change it with the seasons...such a fun little piece!!!

Your polka dot pitcher is the cutest!!!

    See ya Friday!!!

  6. I'll be back to check out the reds and also to see how you make out with Mr. Linky as I am planning a little cupcake party on June 20 and I am unsure about Mr. Linky... can you just set him up for one event?

  7. Who better to host this event than YOU? You're going to do an awesome job! Red is my favorite color, I just don't have a lot of it in my house and I'm not exactly sure why, either!

  8. Stacey, I am ready! I can't wait to see everyone's red.
    Hugs, Terrie

  9. This sounds like fun! I need to go in search of some red...I've got a few things in mind.

I love your chalkboard and have been looking for something like it. Yours is adorble. Do you use regular chalk or special pens?

  10. Stacey, How about if I just visit your blog and admire all of your gorgeous red everything. Quite honestly, I am only learning this blogging process and Mr. Linky scares me. Look what happened when I tried to enlarge my pictures...I lost everything. I think I will pass this time and simply take it all in. Can't wait to see what you post, since I like all of your red things!

  11. Omigosh..I started reading that first part and started hyperventilating...I thought I was going to have to do all that and it scared the pants off me....whew..
OK, I will post mine on Thursday evening and come over and let you know.
You are going to do a fantastic job, dear one...don't worry....

  12. All that technical mumbo jumbo kinda takes the fun out of it, huh? For me, the simpler, the better!

  13. OMG! Stacey, don't laugh! I've been thinking it's Thrusday all day long. Sorry, I'm posted. What a nut! LOL Hugs, Terrie

  14. Stacey: I feel your pain! The computer just scares the bejibbies out of me and it just does not make sense!! You will be busy, but I KNOW it will be great!

I went through my house, little trusty crappy camera in hand and guess what?

I got no red! I am REDLESS!! What's up with that??

But I will visit and link to all of those that do have gorgeous red!

In the meantime...I'm gonna get me some red!!

    Lou Cinda :)

  15. Stacey I could NEVER do that Mr Linky thing! I am sooo bad at computer stuff.
    It does sound really scary.
Do you want us to use your picture here instead?
I noticed that Terrie did on hers so I wasn't too sure.

I see you added the followers button. Yeah!
Thank you! It is such a great feature.
You're always welcome to follow mine as well.

    See you Thursday!
    ~Melissa :)

  17. Hi Stacey
I figured out mr linky. 1.Click on classic templates. 2. click onimage linkies. 3. click on generate code. Then when it shows you the code, highlight it and right click to copy it. Then go to the post you want to put it in.
At he top right of the post where you write your post there are 2 tabs, html & compose. It is always in the compose mode when you write your post. Click on the html tab. If you've written anything in the post it will appear as what I call "computer language" . You just paste the code you copied in there. Then go back to the "compose" page and the mr linky will appear. If youstill can't figure it out, email me with your phone number and I'll call you and walk you through it over the phone.
    Hugs, Rhondi
