Each room in our home has some red so let's just look at a few.
You recognize this spot. I'm still working on it.
Toile on a dining room chair.
Master bathroom wallpaper. Still love it.
Downy fresh dish towels waiting to be put away. Love that smell!
Now I'm off to visit the rest of you who love red as much as I do. I noticed that Nancy might be hosting this event again. Woo hoo!!
Stacey, I love your REDS! I think we have the same towel bars in our bathrooms...:) I love those toile chairs!!! and girl, that bedroom makes me drool {as Nikki Crumpet says}, it really is gorgeous!!!!!

Oh girl, I love your reds. I will always like some good toile, but that entry way vignette is just STUNNING! You go girl! Have a great weekend. P.S. You can even make stacked laundry look good. Why can't I do that?
ReplyDeleteHi Stacey,
ReplyDeleteI love your blog design. The black print reminds me of my daughter's new bedroom curtains. If you check out my (also new) blog, you'll see the same red toile. And that beautiful iron wall hanging over your bed has a twin hanging out in my master bath on the wall over my whirlpool tub. Ah, I guess great minds think alike...... :-)
I LOVE your reds! I would die for that wallpaper!

Every time that I visit your blog, I find myself wishing that I had some red in my home. I am not really sure why I don't, except that my home is more neutrals. But, I do really like your "reds". Someday, I am going to go that route. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your home.

PS You look much to young to be needing reading glasses. Needing them young must run in your family.

ReplyDeleteHi Stacey,
ReplyDeleteYou stopped by my blog today, Thank you for that! You've got a great blog, I really enjoyed looking at all of your posts. I just love your dining room and I noticed you're into antiques too, like me. I like the green color you have painted on your wall as a possible choice. I have a living room in what I think is called Meadow Green. We love it! And it is right next to our red kitchen and darker red "other living room". Anyway, nice to meet you, hope to see you often!

Oh and not to worry... the wallpaper is from the 1930s and was really thick. It came off that easy because it was so old, thats all :)
Have a great weekend!

Darn! I missed your red party! I just can't seem to keep up with all the goodness out in blogland lately. I am in the process of setting up an Etsy shop, learning my new design software, and making flower arrangements on top of my mommy duties! I will have to come back after basketball games and check out all of the great links!
ReplyDelete~Misti
