I Must Have Flowers

Good morning girls.  Here we are in what is the hardest time of the year, in my opinion. January and February can be long, cold, and dark.  I'm really missing my flower beds and the sunshine of summer. Are you?  Or maybe you're like me and just look forward to spring...a lot!

a gathering of florals, floral art, floral towels, floral clothes, floral boots, floral candle, floral prints, flowers, flower patterns, spring flowers, Burpee seeds,
I thought I'd gather together a few floral finds that are catching my eye. Floral patterns are popular again and that's a great thing in my book.  I'm seeing flowers on everything!

These are all gathered from one corner of the internet to another.  You can click on the numbers underneath to take you to the original sources. #1 above is a free printable. Isn't it pretty?   #3 is from Burpee seeds because Spring will come and it will be time to plant.

See that rug in #1 above? I really want it for one of the rooms in our new house.
Dear Husband, Valentine's Day is coming soon. ♥

There's something about the big flower on the blouse above that I like. It's a good way to ease into Spring but still in deeper colors. The necklace is so pretty but it might be heavy...I don't know. Love Marc Jacobs' Daisy cologne because it's light and just a little bit sweet.

I have the rain boots in #3 above. They are a Target winner that I'll wear a lot this spring when we go back and forth to our new lot. The purse is cute but I'd never pay that much for it.

That Pottery Barn pillow in #1 is so sweet! I love the embroidery and the pattern.  #2 is a beautiful Etsy find. And last but not least, gardenia scents always make me smile.
Have you been noticing florals that you love lately?  They are a terrific addition to neutrals.

In northern Canada we can't even dream about flowers until maybe April. It was really nice to spend some time enjoying them on your blog this morning. Enjoy your week. Leanna

I was in Lowes today getting more paint for the bathroom and a leaf blower. I looked at the gardening magazines because I'm ready, SO READY, for spring. But they didn't have any that particularly interested me. I got myself flowers from Trader Joe's last week.

Yes, I feel the same way! As I call it I am in hibernation mode! I almost don't want to leave the house or my PJs!! I am tired of the darkness and coldness of winter and I am very much looking forward to spring and colorful flowers... I usually get tulips and sprinkle them around the house in vases this time of the year just to cheer things up a bit... They are a reminder of the light at the end of the tunnel!! Love all your beautiful floral inspired items!! And I sure hope your hubby gets you that area rug for valentines day because it is gorgeous!! :)

I was disappointed that the purse was so much. No, I wouldn't spend it either, but it sure is cute! These bright colors are a terrific way to begin my morning!

Ahhhhh love all of this post today Stacey. I cannot wait to see Spring arrive and then summer. I wear Marc Jacobs O so fresh daisy and love it. It is even lighter than his daisy scent. I get more compliments when I wear it. A pretty, light and fresh scent.

That candle sounds amazing! I love gardenias. I have one lone bush in my backyard and it very graciously gives me two blooms a year. Lol! That rug is so pretty too!

Those are my kind of flowers! Love them all. I can't have fresh flowers in my house because of allergies but any of these would work.

I love flowers too. I see some of my daffodils coming up and one has a bloom about to open. The flowers are a little confused with cold then warm and drought then lots of rain. My camellias bushes were covered with blooms then with four days of low 20's they all turned brown. It warmed up and now they are coming back out.
Thanks for you bouquets of all kinds of flowers. It does make me yearn for spring.
Very cute boots. I know you miss your flower beds. How is the house coming?

Yes, I love flowers too. This year, I will be starting from scratch in my garden...raised courtyard garden. Last year I had the last of my Hydrangeas removed from in front of the house. I haven't decided what I'll plant or even IF I'll plant this year. I have some more work on the courtyard garden walls to do. But, I know I'll plant something in the very front of the garden...I planted petunias [pretty hot pink ones] last year.

I love that rug too...just in the other color way. But, I noticed neither one of the rugs in ANY of the sizes are available now.

Thanks for visiting me today!

OMG! What fun stuff! I love it all, but like you, really do love that rug. I also like the pillows and that necklace. My guess is that the necklace isn't as heavy as it may appear. All of the material is rather light in weight. On the other hand, I have a necklace made of rock and, boy, that one is HEAVY!

Ooh Stacey, I love your floral collection! I hope dear husband buys that gorgeous rug for you! I bought myself a bouquet of roses at Sprouts over a week ago and they still look pretty. Flowers just cheer us up, don't they? I must be in the minority because I just love January and February. I guess I enjoy the slow pace, after all the holiday busyness.

Our winter has not been too cold or snowy but I know I am months away form seeing flowers here. May can even be snowy! I keep some green plants throughout my house and that helps, and my Christmas pointsettias are still going strong.

You found soem wonderful floral items and nice links to explore.

Have a happy week--hope the house building is going well!
