We love food here at our house!
We love people who come bearing good food. :)

My MIL came with this easy peasy Lemon Icebox Pie that's a little different than some.

If pies intimidate you because of the crust don't worry because this one just calls for cookies. :)

Lemon Icebox Pie via Mama Linda

1 8oz. cream cheese softened
1  14 oz. Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
Cool Whip for the top

Cover the bottom of the pie pan with Nilla Wafers.
Mix first three ingredients with mixer. Top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.

There you go sweet friends...from our house to yours.

Did you see the beautiful home tour from last week?

Hi Stacey, oh this sounds so good and looks delicious. I will be saving this one too. By the way, I made the recipe you shared a while back for the tuna, rice with avocado dressing recipe. It was so good. I left out the hot sauce due to my tummy, but still delicious. Larry loved it. Thanks again for sharing that one too.
Have a great week. xo
