Ball Perfect Mason

My love affair with this jar continues.

Remember when it looked like this last summer?

I found this sweet little jar at the farmer's market in downtown Edmond.

Can't wait to go again!!

What are you looking forward to this summer?

By the way, 5 more days of school.

Woo hoo!

So pretty! 5 more days- whoot! We were done with our charter school Friday, but History online goes until June 15 and we do some math classes over the summer, and they need to read some more and do a little more Language Arts. But I am READY for summer! Yea!

It is already plenty hot here. In the 90's and only May. So so dry.
Your olden jar looks lovely with blooms. Mine is holding a rusty link of olden chain...looks pretty cool.
Mzz Funky Junk got me into some pretty rusty stuff. :)))

I'll bet you can't wait. My son the teacher is counting the hours.
We're lookin forward to some fun times with the grands. A trip to the beach, bringing them along on our out of town job trips. I am going garage saling this weekend before it gets too hot. Looking forward to more of you posts once school is out for you.
By the way...love the Mason Jar. I have a larger one that says Genuine Mason and is a littl lighter shade of blue. Love the napkin colors in yours.

Hi Stacey, I bet you are looking forward to a nice vacation and getting some things done around the house and for yourself, personally, as well. I love blue canning jars- you can fill them with so many different things. I remember the last day of school, both when I was a kiddo, and when I was working at a private school. Couldn't wait for summer. Of course, it was way more fun when you were a kid, wasn't it? - no responsibilities! Count down those days.....

Stacey,
I love those blue jars too. Such a pretty country look to make a room friendly and bright.

This summer? We are taking a trip to Kentucky...that should be fun. Especially if the weather calms down.

I hate to rush my life...but I am anxious for summer to be over. It is just too hot and miserable here in AZ. Too poor to have a second home....but Fall will be here Soon enough and then I am a happy girl!

Perfect, creative uses for the blue canning jar. I think they add the right touch to summer (and all seasons).

As for summer, I am sure you will be thankful for the break. I look forward to early morning motorcycle rides with my husband, on Saturdays.

Hi Stacey, thanks for your visit. I love these pretty jars too, I wonder why they stopped making them this blue? I have a couple too, they just make me happy! :D

OOO, Stacey, I am already having trouble with the stencils. I just learned tonight that using a spray glue to the backs of the stencils will hold them down. My first try, too much paint and it ran all under the stencils, which I had taped down but not good enuf, I guess. Another try tomorrow, tho. :)

Love the Mason jars. I used them for a long time, and there's nothing like wildflowers in one. I'm also grateful Friday was the last day of school. I couldn't take much more.~~Dee
