Pie on Saturday

Hi Bloggy Friends! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend. It's hot here. We just finished a wonderful meal with ingredients from the farmer's market and this homemade by hubby pie.

Poofing the Pillows Lemon Cream Pie

Lemon Cream Pie

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Mix all ingredients well.  Pour into graham cracker crust and top with Cool Whip. Chill.

So easy and so delicious!!

YUM....I love lemon pies and that sounds so easy and delicious! I made a lemon pudding pie yesterday. It is definitely HOT this weekend....try to stay cool.♥

How yummy, Stacey! And I can personally attest to that! I used to make this pie...not sure why I haven't lately. I am putting it back on my list. It is so refreshing in the summer! Happy weekend...hugs...Debbie

My MIL used to make something like this. I think she combined the cool whip, eagle brand milk and the cream cheese, poured it into the shell then let it set up in the freezer.
I love tart desserts better than chocolate.
