Seeing Red

Pure Excitement

describes how I'm feeling about this red transformation!

Above you see the before shot. Now I could tell you these are vintage chairs. However, they are only two years old! That's what the Oklahoma weather has done for our chairs. With company coming they had to be jazzed up.
This is the after! Aren't they cute?

Come sit with me and have some iced tea. We even have a quilt if we need it later.

There are already several coats of Regal Red paint on here but I can see that we need more. Tomorrow is another day. :)

And The Shabby Chic Cottage for Transformation Thursday.
Thank you for coming by. I sure enjoy our visits.

Well, I am lovin' these chairs..Now I want some for my patio!!
The only place I've heard might have the PURE BUTTER is OUT. and doesn't expect to get more in.
Now, Erma Bridgewater (I think that's her name) used to have them on her site but I can't find them now. I am just beside myself to find one...now, TWO..one for you!!:)

Wow...it's amazing what a can of paint can do. They do not even look like the same chairs. I have loved the many shades of red for my entire life! I try to move away from it, but somehow it always sneaks back in one way or another! Enjoy your company.

Morning Stacey,

I have two old adirondack chairs that WERE painted red. We have started sanding them and most of the red has peeled off. I was trying to decide whether they will again be painted red or another bright, summer color. I'm thinking red again now after seeing yours! We will see!

It is supposed to be a hot one today before a cold front comes in. Hope you enjoy it.♥
