Jumping back in to let you know we made your adobo pork with rosemary mayo this weekend and I think we found a new family favorite!! This was delish.
Tonight I took the leftover meat and rolled up in corn tortillas with a bit of shredded cheese brushed them with some butter and baked for 15 min. served with a salad and they were very good and quick!!
