A busy day + snow = a pot of slow cooked stew.

ummmm, my favorite wintertime crock pot thing...STEW..love it with Southern cornbread (that means NO sugar in it), lots of butter and a big slice of fresh onion....o...and sweet tea!!

Stacey, I had just written "stew meat" on my grocery list before I saw your delicious-looking stew. It must be true that great minds think alike, especially on these cold January days.
