Just Remembering Last Fall

It's so cool here that it's definitely making us happy that Fall is on it's way. I've just been reminiscing a little.

We are having an unseasonably cool & rainy day here which is definitely putting me in the mood for fall. Your soup looks yummy.

Yes~ I sure am. We too have had a good couple weeks of fall temps. Kind-of strange but I am loving it. This morning it is only about 60 degrees~think I will bake bread along with our schooling today. You have a wonderful day!

It's cool here this morning..and fall is really in the air. I hate to turn loose of summertime..but I might as well get ready for it. I plan to work on a fall wreath for my front door in the next week...
*sigh...time is just flying by too fast!

Isn't our weather FABULOUS?!?! Lexi had to put on a light jacket this morning while waiting for the bus! I can't wait for the weather to STAY like this! I know it is just teasing us right now but I LOVE it!

I would LOVE to be in the fall mood, BUT it stays in the 90's down here until well into October! Crazy, I know! We are getting a little touch of cooler weather today, high 80's so that is helping the mood!!!

I am sorta ready for it..but....I am such a summer girl. I will miss the daylight hrs and the pool days, and the pretty full flowers. I do love the to burn candles in the fall, fall festivals and watching TN football with the boys. Oh Stacey, you've got me thinking! Nancy

Oh yeah! For the last day of August, it was pretty darned nice. I sat outside a lot and watched Robert and his brother build my pergola. It's big! I'll show pics later in the week when things are farther along. Looking forward to fall for sure!
